• Account Information: name, business name, email address, and password when a business creates a UFAS account.
• Payment Information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
• Tap and Engagement Data: when a customer taps or scans an NFC card or QR code, we may collect the timestamp, approximate location, device/browser type, and the destination link accessed, in order to generate analytics such as tap counts and review trends for the associated business.
• Order and Shipping Information: name, shipping address, and order details when you purchase a physical product through our website or a third-party marketplace.
• Website Usage Data: standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing NFC tap redirects;
• Generate the analytics dashboard (tap counts, engagement trends) for subscribing businesses;
• Process orders, subscriptions, and payments;
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, or support requests;
• Improve and secure our Services and prevent fraud or misuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

We retain account and tap-analytics data for as long as an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 8.
